Dubai-based firm United Engineering Construction secured a deal to build the 171-villa Dreamz by Danube project. Ground-breaking for the project is expected to happen later this month after permits to commence work have been finalised. The project is expected to take 18 months to complete.
The development works are planned over an area of 65,000 sq m which includes 171 luxury 3-4 bedroom duplex townhouses. Around 40% of the project is dedicated to open spaces with a state of the art infrastructure facility.
Last month, Danube launched its Glitz project, a two phase residential development in Dubai Studio City which will include selection of 292 units offering a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments.
The spacious homes, will be designed to the highest standards of aesthetics and range in housing area goes from 470 to 1,645 Sq Ft in each apartment block of eight levels. The apartments are a unique combination of contemporary design, luxury and comfort within a setting of lush landscape. Each flat will come with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and high standard finish from the country’s largest building materials and interiors supplier, Danube. The apartment block will include some exceptional amenities like roof top golf course, leisure deck with a barbeque station, kid’s play area cum party hall, state-of-the-art health club and much more.
