B.R.E.A.K.F.A.S.T! The most important meal of the day! Why? because it increases your metabolic rate, kicks starts your organs, keeps your cravings at an all time low and reduces risk of diabetes + heart disease. Often for breakfast, we have eggs with green tea, toast with coffee or perhaps pancakes, but how often do we want a better, tastier and more nutritious alternative? Almost always!
In my last post, I focused on healthy eating habits and recommended the outdoor fruit/veggie market, Ripe me, to purchase fresh, crunchy and organic produce. So, with that said, for all you working moms out there, teenagers with crazy university/school schedules, single dads or just the plain lazy individuals there is no reason to not get a great breakfast in the morning. It will keep you healthy, away from obesity, pack you with energy and will allow you to kick start your day – the delicious way.
